Introduction
Proposals for the artistic program of this year’s edition of Andanças can be sent by completing this online form until April 17th 2023, 23h59m.
In 2023 Andanças will be held at the municipality of Reguengos de Monsaraz - Campinho, from July 27th to 30th.
Throughout its 24 editions the event has established itself as a landmark festival in music and dance. A place where artists and audiences actively interact with traditional practices, reinventing and merging them with new and innovative artistic expressions.
Andanças is a living and breathing space of personal expression and experimentation!
Before proceeding, we ask you to take knowledge the concept and
pillars of the festival.
Participation in Andanças can be done on a voluntary plan, in line with one of the festival's main pillars, or on paid plan.

PARTICIPATION ON THE VOLUNTARY PLAN
Conditions:
- Participation grant (travel expenses paid by the kilometre);
- General pass for the artist(s);
- 1 invitation/pass per project element (up to a maximum of 10 invites). The guests are responsible for all their travel, food and accommodation expenses;
- 3 meals at the festival canteen (meal vouchers, depending on the number of activities performed);
- 3 tokens* per day (depending on the number of activities performed);
- Camping accommodation (it is necessary to bring camping equipment), accommodation in other type of facilities solely upon necessity, if available;
- Personal accident insurance;
- Instrument locker;
- Possibility of selling merchandising and editions in the enclosure, on a consignment basis, entirely reverting to the project;
- Dissemination on the website and social networks of the selected artistic projects.
NOTES: *Tokens = Andanças currency to use in products on selected bars.

What we expect in return:
The project staying in the festival for 4 days commits to carrying out a minimum of 2 activities (in accordance with the nature of the proposal). The project that stays less than 3 days in the festival commits to carrying out a minimum of 1 activity;
The programme is spread out throughout the 4 days of the festival and the projects are informed in due time of their performance schedules, according to the availability indicated in the application, having the commitment to fulfil them;
The activities (in accordance with the nature of the proposal) may have a duration in between 45 minutes and 90 minutes; ideally, 90 minutes.
PARTICIPATION ON THE PAID PLAN
Conditions:
- Cachet (depending on the number of activities – indicated in the table) – presentation of “Green Receipt”;
- General pass for the artist(s);
- 1 daily invitation per artist (maximum 5 invitations per project) for the day(s) of the activities. The guests are responsible for all their travel, food and accommodation expenses;
- 1 meal at the festival canteen and 3 tokens* on the day(s) of the activities;
- Travel expenses for distances greater than 500 kilometres;
- Material damage insurance for instruments stored within the festival area, on the day of the activity;
- Camping accommodation (it is necessary to bring camping equipment), accommodation in other type of facilities on demand, depending on availability;
- Instrument locker;
- Possibility of selling merchandising and editions in the enclosure, on a consignment basis, entirely reverting to the project;
- Dissemination on the website and social networks of the artistic projects selected;
